1. Who runs the site

2. What you find here

The properties on offer, information about the office, and the forms that send us an enquiry. The details of a property (price, floor area, description, photos) are informative: they are not an offer under § 1732 of the Czech Civil Code and they can change. What is binding is what we agree in a contract.

3. Forms

Sending a form closes nothing, and a price estimate is not binding. We process the data from a form under the privacy policy.

4. Content of the site

The texts, photographs and the logo of the office are ours and you may not use them without our consent. The photographs of a property come from its owner or from firms we work with.

5. Liability

We try to keep the details on the site right and the site working, but we do not guarantee that it is free of mistakes or that it is always reachable.

6. Disputes

If you are a consumer and disagree with something, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz). Anything arising from this site is governed by Czech law.

7. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms, and the new wording will always be on this page. This wording applies from 18 September 2026.
